In Siavonga, we have acquired 34 hectares of stunning land on the shores of Lake Kariba, one of Africa’s largest man-made lakes. Here, we are building an integrated resort designed for relaxation and adventure. Livingstone – The Adventure Gateway

In 2025, we proudly acquired The Old Farm House in Livingstone, a property with historic charm located near the mighty Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. This acquisition marks our expansion into Zambia’s adventure capital, where we plan to transform the property into a luxury retreat combining colonial heritage with modern sophistication.
